Refund & Delivery Policy

1. What you are buying
The only thing sold on allureofthepast.com is Allure Points (AP) — a virtual currency used inside the game Allure of Kingdoms: Ancient Past for convenience and cosmetic items. AP packages are fixed amounts at fixed prices, shown clearly before you pay. AP has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. We do not sell randomised items for real money.
2. Delivery — instant and automatic
AP is digital content, delivered automatically: as soon as our payment provider (Stripe, and potentially PayPal) confirms your payment, the AP is credited to your game account — normally within seconds, occasionally up to a few minutes.
Didn't arrive? Refresh the game page first. If your AP balance hasn't updated within 30 minutes, email support@allureofthepast.com with the email receipt or transaction ID. Every purchase is recorded in an auditable ledger, so we can always verify and manually credit a confirmed payment. Missing-but-paid AP will be credited or refunded in full — always.
3. Refunds
- Unspent AP: refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@allureofthepast.com from your account email with the transaction ID. The refund goes back to your original payment method via the payment provider, and the AP is removed from your account.
- Partially spent packages: we refund proportionally for the unspent portion within the same 14-day window.
- Spent AP: once AP has been spent on in-game items or effects, the content has been consumed and it is not refundable, except where required by law.
- Faulty delivery or double charge: refunded in full at any time — that's on us.
- EU/UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that once you spend the AP, you waive withdrawal for the spent portion. Unspent AP remains refundable within the 14-day period as described above — which matches or exceeds your statutory rights.
Refund requests are answered within 5 business days; approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Cancellations & subscriptions
There are currently no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Every purchase is a one-time payment that you actively initiate at checkout. There is nothing to cancel — if you stop playing, you will never be charged again.
5. Chargebacks — please talk to us first
If something looks wrong on your statement, email us before disputing with your bank — we resolve genuine problems quickly and refund readily. When a chargeback is filed, the disputed AP is removed from the account (which can result in a negative balance) and the account may be suspended during the dispute. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent lead to permanent closure.
